Five implants and sinus lifts
Great work performed on my cleanings, sinus lifts with bone grafting, bridges and even 5 implants. Would highly recommend Dr Manal Ismail and her staff.
A staged plan that combines implants, crowns, and restorative treatment to rebuild an entire bite that has been damaged, worn down, or lost over time.
Full mouth reconstruction is not one procedure. It is a plan that sequences several treatments in the right order to rebuild function, comfort, and appearance across both arches, usually over several months.
It differs from full arch implants in scope. Reconstruction works with the teeth you still have as well as the ones you have lost, combining crowns, bridges, implants, and gum disease treatment. Your dentist plans the whole sequence up front so each stage supports the next, and unstable gums are treated before anything is built on them.

Who We Help
Reconstruction is for mouths where several things need solving at once. If that is you, the first step is a full picture rather than a quick fix.
Your Treatment
We assess every tooth, your gums, your bone, and how your jaw actually closes. Nothing is treated until the whole picture is understood.
Your dentist lays out each stage in order, with the timeline and cost of each, so you can approve the plan as a whole and pace it if you need to.
Infection, gum disease, and teeth that cannot be saved are addressed first, along with any implants and grafting the plan calls for.
Crowns, bridges, and implant teeth are fitted and the bite is balanced across both arches, so pressure is shared evenly when you chew.
After Your Treatment
Recovery varies from person to person. This is what most patients can expect, and your dentist goes through your own instructions with you before you leave.
Your Dentists
We place and restore implants in our own office, including bone grafting and sinus lift procedures when the jaw needs preparing first. It is common for a practice to send the surgical half elsewhere and handle only the final crown. Here every stage happens in one place, with one set of records and one team who already know your case.
New patients are usually seen within the same week.

They treat you like family
Very caring, makes you feel comfortable and they treat you like family. Her work is outstanding, she is very professional. I highly recommend you go see her for any kind of dental work that you need.
Treatment should not wait on the money. Here is how patients cover it.
Implant coverage varies more than any other treatment, so we check your plan first and explain what applies before you commit.
Insurance and FinancingCommon Questions
Most cases run several months because healing time is built into the sequence. Your dentist gives you a stage by stage timeline before treatment starts.
Yes. Many patients pace reconstruction over time. We plan the order so the most urgent work happens first and each stage stands on its own.
Full arch treatment replaces every tooth in an arch. Reconstruction rebuilds around the healthy teeth you still have, combining implants with crowns, bridges, and gum treatment.
The dividing line is whether the problems are independent of each other. Two worn teeth on the same side are two repairs. Teeth that have shortened across the whole arch, old work failing at several points at once, and a bite that has closed down over the years are one problem showing up in several places, and fixing them one at a time means each repair is built onto a bite that is still wrong. A full set of records answers this properly, which is why nothing is treated until they have been taken.
No. Temporaries are part of the plan rather than an afterthought, and they do real work: they protect prepared teeth, hold the new bite position while you get used to it, and let you and your dentist see how the finished result will look and feel before it is made permanent. If something about the shape or the bite is not right, the temporary stage is where that gets found and changed. You eat, speak, and go to work throughout.
Many individual procedures within a reconstruction are covered in part, and because treatment is sequenced over months it can often be paced across more than one benefit year. Our team reviews your plan, tells you which stages it contributes to and which it does not, and goes through CareCredit and Cherry for the balance. You get the whole picture before you commit rather than a stage at a time. The quickest way to get a real answer for your own case is a short conversation. Call us at (248) 863-9109 or book online.
