Five implants and sinus lifts
Great work performed on my cleanings, sinus lifts with bone grafting, bridges and even 5 implants. Would highly recommend Dr Manal Ismail and her staff.
When a tooth is damaged, decayed, or missing, your dentist restores it with care built to last, from a simple filling to a full set of dentures.
Restorative dentistry repairs damage and replaces missing teeth, so you can eat, speak, and smile with confidence again. Your dentist handles everything from a single filling to complex, full mouth reconstruction, right here in our office.
We walk you through every option before treatment begins, so you understand the cost, the timeline, and what to expect at each step.
Almost every decision on this page comes down to one question: how much healthy tooth is left. A small area of damage is a filling. Too little structure for a filling to hold and it becomes a crown. An infected nerve in a tooth worth keeping is root canal treatment, and a tooth past saving is an extraction with the replacement planned before it comes out. Knowing where that line sits is most of what an examination is for.

What We Provide
Who We Help
Damage rarely stays the same size. If any of these sound familiar, looking at it now usually keeps the repair simpler than it would be later.
Your Dentists
Your care here is provided by Dr. Manal Ismail, DDS and Dr. Lakshmi Wakade, DDS, both general dentists who trained at the University of Detroit Mercy. Whichever of them you see, nothing starts until you understand what we found, why we are recommending it, and what your alternatives are.
New patients are usually seen within the same week.

Basically a pain free visit
I haven't been to a dentist in many years. I had a couple teeth broken at the gums. I was terrified for years. Dr. Manal was so sweet and caring. Basically a pain free visit.
Treatment should not wait on the money. Here is how patients cover it.
Most plans cover part of the cost of repairing a tooth, and we confirm what yours covers before any work is scheduled.
Insurance and FinancingCommon Questions
A filling repairs a small area of decay. A crown is used when more of the tooth is damaged and needs full coverage for strength. Your dentist will recommend the option that best protects your tooth.
Modern root canal treatment is done with local anesthesia and is generally no more uncomfortable than getting a filling. Most patients feel relief once the infection is treated.
A bridge, denture, or dental implant can all replace a missing tooth. Your dentist places and restores implants right here in our office, and can help you compare options at your visit.
Most patients adjust to new dentures within a few weeks. We schedule follow up visits to check the fit and make any adjustments you need.
Because the repair gets bigger, not because the price of anything changed. Decay caught at a checkup is a filling. The same tooth a year later has often lost enough structure to need a crown, and once decay reaches the nerve it is a root canal and a crown together. Each step is a larger treatment than the one before it. None of it is urgent on the day you are told, which is exactly why it gets postponed, and why the cheapest version of the work is nearly always the one booked soonest.
Often yes, and it is worth asking. Grouping treatment on one side of the mouth means one appointment and one lot of numbing rather than several, which most patients prefer. What we avoid is numbing both sides at once, because eating and drinking afterward becomes genuinely awkward. Where a plan runs to several visits, your dentist sequences it so the most urgent work happens first and each stage stands on its own.
Restorative treatment is usually covered in part, because it repairs function rather than appearance. We accept most major PPO plans, and we check your benefits before any work is scheduled.
